## Why don’t you make all your products open source?

I’ve already tried launching and supporting free products, more than 20 years ago. It’s not worth it — amount of support is much higher, while having no resources for their further development. I would prefer to have a much smaller number of users who truly love the products and are willing to pay at least something. Yet another important reason is control — I would prefer to keep products simple and minimalistic. With open source, I expect to get tons of AI-generated PRs with features I intentionally avoided because of their complexity and poor choices.
