These four templates are about people, not products: whether the money spent on attracting customers comes back, and which customers the business really stands on. All of them run on the same demo data: 36 months, about 8,200 customers from four channels, with full order history and an ad spend log. This section has 4 templates.
Every template is a live walkthrough on demo data: open it in the Templates section of Analytics Agent and press “Use this template” to run it on your own data.
LTV : CAC & Payback — Does Acquisition Pay
Shows: how much money a customer brings over the first 12 months with you — in profit, not in revenue — set against what that customer cost the channel; next to it the payback period and both numbers: by profit and by revenue.
You get: a channel that looks profitable by turnover but does not even pay back its acquisition costs is visible at once — and it is clear which channels to grow and which to stop.
Customer Pareto ABC — Who Brings the Revenue
Shows: a customer concentration curve and A/B/C groups calculated two ways side by side; the report comes with a list of customers showing each one’s group, revenue, profit, and number of orders.
You get: you see who the business really stands on: personal work with the top of the base pays more than even effort spread across everyone.
NPS with Driver Segments — What Moves the Score
Shows: the willingness-to-recommend score — with an honest caveat about the spread of each survey wave; a breakdown by acquisition channel and a segment table: where the unhappy sit and how deep their score falls; open answers are sorted into themes.
You get: you know what exactly customers praise and what they complain about, and where to send the improvements — instead of fixing what already works.
Abandoned Carts & Recovery — The Money That Never Became an Order
Shows: how many carts are abandoned and for how much, what each loss turns into, and why shoppers leave; separately — guest carts that reminders will never reach, and the result of reminders measured on a control half.
You get: you know what is cheaper and faster: win part of the carts back with an email, or remove the reason shoppers leave.
