Social Media

This section is about the audience that comes without an ad budget: what is happening in your channels, who these people are, which content works, and whether the socials sell at all. All templates run on one demo database: 18 months, three channels — Telegram, VK, and YouTube — with posts, subscriber reactions, and store orders. This section has 8 templates.

Every template is a live walkthrough on demo data: open it in the Templates section of Analytics Agent and press “Use this template” to run it on your own data.

Social Metrics Passport — ER, ERR and What Is Happening in Our Socials

Shows: a summary table by channel and month: engagement and its honest version — computed from reach rather than from subscriber count — plus shares, reach, clicks, subscriber growth, and unsubscribes; a metrics dictionary is attached, saying where each number deceives.

You get: the talk of “we are fine” or “we are declining” moves to concrete numbers for each channel — and the numbers themselves do not flatter a stale subscriber base.

Audience Portrait & Peaks — Who Our Social Audience Is and When It Is Awake

Shows: a portrait of subscribers by gender, age, city type, and interests, separately for each channel, and an activity map by day and hour built from the time of every reaction; ready-made segments for ads are derived from it.

You get: posts are scheduled for the hours when the audience is truly active, not when it is convenient for the editor.

Channel Health Watch — Growing, Stagnating, or Bleeding (alerting)

Shows: a weekly check of each channel: growing, standing still, or losing people; the rules tell a one-time dip from a sustained loss, and when a loss is found, its likely cause is named; you can set up an alert that reports the start of an outflow on its own.

You get: audience churn gets noticed in the very first week, not at the end of a quarter when the cause can no longer be recovered.

Content Analytics — What Works: Format, Length, Slot

Shows: which format, which length, and which posting time get a response — with an honest caveat about the spread and a separate check of whether a format’s advantage really holds in every channel; posting time is verified by a dedicated experiment, not from past posts.

You get: the monthly posting plan comes out of measurements, not habits — including the case where the honest answer is “no effect”.

Social Benchmark — Faster or Slower Than the Niche

Shows: your channels against six channels from your niche, on the numbers a competitor really shows to the outside — subscribers, post count, visible reactions; reach is not invented and honestly stays closed.

You get: you know whether you are at market level or falling behind, and whether there is room to post more without losing quality.

Social ROI — Do the Socials Sell, or Only Collect Likes

Shows: the chain from channel spend to store revenue — spend, clicks, visits, leads, orders, revenue, and the return computed both on turnover and on profit; each channel carries a caveat that the buyer might have come on their own.

You get: you see which channels are worth pushing with money and which return more revenue at lower spend — and why the picture by profit is the honest one.

Brand Sentiment — What People Say, and Is It Turning

Shows: a brand mention monitor: a weekly sentiment index with a rule that tells a real crisis from one noisy week, a breakdown of the negative by theme, and the actual messages behind every number; it honestly shows what is recognized worst of all — jokes and sarcasm.

You get: complaints get an address — you see which service or which product they are about — and audience sentiment is not judged from a single post.

Influencer Scoring — Who Deserves the Budget

Shows: a check on every partner candidate: how their engagement looks for their size, how they grew, whether their topics match the interests of your audience, and what a thousand live reached people cost; suspicious signs are named in a separate list.

You get: the budget goes to an author with a live audience, not to one with inflated subscriber counts — and you see what they will cost before signing.
