Every license is lifetime: a one-time payment, no subscriptions, no limits on the number of installations or servers. Each license includes 12 months of free updates, then (optionally) 50% off the next 12 months from the original purchase price. An Xedant Agent license is already included — you do not need to buy it separately for the chat with the agent.
Let’s say it straight, with no fine print: in this product the license restricts exactly one action — sending a message to the AI agent chat. Everything else — the client base, the timeline, duplicate search, import and exports, custom fields, leads, deals, money, marketing, communications, service, screens, public request intake and management over the API — works without a key and without limits. It is built this way because a call to an AI model costs money, while the other parts of the product run on your server and under your own power.
Free trial
To evaluate the product calmly before buying, you get 30 days of free trial use. Everything is available in this period, including the chat with the AI agent: there are no cut-down capabilities. When the trial period ends, the product does not switch off and does not lose your data — it merely stops sending chat messages and offers to activate a license. You can even start without talking to us at all: install the product and work with it, and think about the license if you decide to keep it.
Personal license — $197
For private use without limits: any number of installations on your computers and servers.
Company license — $497
For everyone in a company or team, external contractors included, with no limits on people or installations.
Service license — $970
An unlimited number of instances under your domain plus the full source code with the right to change it any way you like: styling, branding, integration with your infrastructure. It can be used by any visitor of your domain as part of your services.
What exactly the license restricts
One action — sending a message to the AI agent chat. Neither an activation key nor a timer locks anything else. Everything listed below is available both without a license and after the trial period has ended:
- the client base: contacts, companies, company details, person–company links, the recycle bin;
- the timeline, notes, record links, files and mail synchronization;
- duplicate search, the duplicate review queue, merging and bringing the data to one form;
- import and exports, bulk operations and the operation history;
- custom fields, your own objects, labels, views and segments;
- leads, deals, money, marketing, communications and service — the add-ons you have switched on;
- public request intake by key and the ready form page;
- the read-only screens and management over the API: your AI agent keeps maintaining the data.
Why so? Because the product is installed on your server and works with your data, and locking things inside such a tool would be dishonest toward you. The license here is a way to support development and receive updates and support — not a pass to what is already installed.

How to get a license
Write to us on Telegram, giving your name, email and the product name. The license key comes in reply — the same key fits all our products, and the list of products it covers is written inside it. In CRM Agent the key needs to be activated to open the chat with the AI agent: paste it into the license window that opens from the interface, or set the AGENT_LICENSE environment variable before the first start. If the license stops working, sending chat messages halts with a clear notification, while the work with data and management over the API keep working.
