WordPress Agent

Run your WordPress site through a chat — in your browser, on your phone, tablet, or in Telegram

Life without AI

  • You pay a mortgage-sized retainer “for support” — just in case everything breaks
  • You look for a freelancer; they are not available for three days, then ask for extra pay
  • “Change the button color” — invoice.pdf for $45
  • The site breaks. The developer is on vacation. You have no backup. Panic. Rinse. Repeat.
  • You dig through the WordPress admin — 17 tabs open. Not quite clear what’s what, but very exciting
  • You explain to the new contractor exactly what you explained to the previous three. Groundhog Day
  • You want what your competitor has — “$1,500 cash and unlimited smoothies”

Life with AI

  • When something “breaks” or you “feel like a change” — you pay pennies for the level of a professional team, 10–100× the speed, and an immediate result. No emails, no approvals
  • You type “change the button color” — the color changes in 20 seconds. Boring
  • No invoices. No “let’s do it after the holidays”. No “it costs a cup of coffee”
  • The site doesn’t break after another tiny edit. No thrill, no adrenaline, no emergency calls, no weekend meetings
  • The WordPress admin? What admin? Why would you need John Connor’s address?
  • The system remembers everything. Better stay polite — you know how it is…
  • “What, copied and checked already?” Mission accomplished. Boring, no spark

WordPress Agent is a ready-made AI system installed on your server and deeply adapted specifically for your site. The system runs the site through a chat — you write in plain language, it executes. But this is not just a “chat with AI” — under the hood there is a powerful harness that makes the work error-free and safe. The WordPress agent is not bought separately: it is one of the Agent Factory‘s ready-made agents and comes with the shared subscription.

What the system can do

It is a full-time site administrator that works 24/7, never gets tired, and memorizes every peculiarity of your site.

Content management

Creating, editing, and deleting pages, blog posts, and media files — all through a regular chat conversation. “Add a Services page with three columns” — and the system creates a page with finished layout, a correct heading, and matching styles.

Creating and editing pages and blog posts

Working with media files: uploading, replacing, optimizing

Managing the site structure: page hierarchy, menus, links

SEO optimization: meta tags, descriptions, structured data

Full administration

The system doesn’t stop at adding text. It can do everything a site administrator does — from configuring plugins to changing theme code.

Installing, updating, and removing plugins and addons

Fixing bugs in installed plugins and extending their functionality

Building custom plugins for your tasks

Installing and editing themes, creating new themes from scratch

Copying the design of any website — show it and say “make it like this”

Configuring WordPress: options, settings, performance

Managing the database — safely and with backups

Safety and control

Every change goes through a multi-level system of checks. The system doesn’t just execute — it supervises itself.

Automatic backup before every change

Full change history in git — roll back at any moment

Automatic checks of layout and page structure after every change

Easy to add your own validation rules for the specifics of your site

Automatic fixing of found errors in the background

Access control — safe to hand over to employees

Self-learning

The system doesn’t stand still. It memorizes the peculiarities of your site, learns from its own mistakes, and gets more accurate every day.

A set of skills for error-free management of your particular site

Built-in self-learning — just ask it to extend its skills if the system makes a mistake

Knowledge of the site structure: all pages, templates, media, hierarchy

Knowledge of the active theme, plugins, and the block architecture

Automatic feedback on the result of every operation

Access via Telegram or web chat

You can run the site in three ways — through Telegram, through a simplified web chat, or through the full web interface.

Telegram bot — full control of the site from your phone, no manuals to read

Simplified web chat — a minimal interface for those who can’t use Telegram

Full web interface — for those who want to see the technical details

All three interfaces are safe to delegate to employees

How this differs from ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex

You may have already tried running a site through a chat — in ChatGPT, Claude, or some Codex. The result was probably disappointing: the AI writes good text, but breaks the layout, doesn’t know the structure of your site, doesn’t understand the WordPress block architecture, and cannot check whether it broke something.

WordPress Agent is fundamentally different:

The system is installed on your server and works with your site directly — through the database and files, not through the admin screen

A detailed site map — all pages, hierarchy, templates, media — is loaded into the AI’s context

A set of skills with detailed documentation for your specific site

Automatic checks after every change — the system finds and fixes its own mistakes

Every page is stored as a separate file with full history in git

Changes sync with the live site instantly

Content is managed as JSON files — this gives you version control, batch operations, and full predictability

Scripts for all standard operations — creating pages, uploading images, database queries

Full isolation — the system lives entirely on your server, your data never leaves it

Analytics — statistics for every action: tokens, cost, speed

Works with any AI models — Claude, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Qwen, GLM, Kimi and more, local models, OpenRouter

Proven on a real website — xedant.com itself is run by this same tool

How it works

Installation and setup take one day. After that, your site is fully run through a chat.

No dedicated server needed — a regular VPS with 1 CPU and 1 GB of RAM is enough. That covers both WordPress and the management system itself.

Day 1. Analysis of your site: structure, theme, plugins, templates, content

Day 1. Installing the system on your server, connecting it to the site

Day 1. Creating the skills: documentation, scripts, validation rules

The days after. You ask for what you need, the system does it, and we check the result together. If errors or problems come up, I help fix them — extending the system’s skill set along the way and adapting it ever more tightly to your site, your personal preferences, and your business requirements.

As time goes on, my help is needed less and less, because the system copes on its own. Two weeks is not about the rollout timeline — it’s a guarantee that I stay close until the system works 100% for you personally. During that time the system adapts better, and you get much more confident using it and teaching it.

What you get

Not an abstract “access to AI”, but a finished working system adapted to your specific site.

The system installed and configured on your server

A set of skills for managing your site

Scripts for all standard operations

Validation rules specific to your site

A Telegram bot for remote control

A git repository with the full history of your site

Training and support during the rollout

Documentation in plain English

Try it yourself

There is a live demo — a real, working WordPress store for a plastic-window workshop, with a fully functional catalog, cart, and a free-form order form. During the demo you can edit and administer this site live — through a simple web chat or a Telegram chat. Ask a question, request a new page, change some text — and see how it works in practice. Ask for access below.

Even that demo was built by the system itself — from scratch, from a bare, freshly installed WordPress with no plugins and no themes. A store site with products, a cart, and an order form — all from zero, from a description. Give the system an empty site and describe what you want, and it will do everything: install a theme, configure plugins, fill in the content.

Scaling

You do not pay for every new site. While the subscription runs, the WordPress agent covers any number of your own sites — the skills are documented, so scaling is a matter of instructing the system, not of buying another licence.

One subscription — any number of your own sites

The site, files and history stay yours — in your own git repository

The skills are documented — easy to adapt the system to a new site

Price

There is no separate price for the WordPress agent: it is inside the Agent Factory subscription — $49/mo, the same price on my server or on yours.

If the factory runs on my server, there is nothing else to buy. If it runs on yours, you pay for the server yourself — usually from $6/mo — and I help you choose and set it up.

The only costs on top of the subscription are access to the AI models. You pick the model yourself, to match your budget and your tasks:

Occasional editing — pay-per-token models (DeepSeek) cost from one to twenty cents per edit, depending on task complexity

Easy to switch models on the fly — cheap ones for small tasks, more powerful ones for complex jobs like addons, scripts, or cloning

Models are bought separately — usually $10–20/mo for small-business tasks; I help you choose and connect them

Budget models are already excellent — and cost 10–100× less than the flagship ones

The author helps with choosing models, payment options, and connecting them

For regular work, a fixed model subscription is the simpler choice — usually $10–20/mo for small-business tasks; I help you pick a suitable option. If your task load is light, pay-per-token models work fine too: you pay exactly for what you use, and all your employees can work at the same time.

Support

The author is online almost around the clock, weekends included, and ready to solve any problem — or just talk — on Telegram. One request: write in text, no calls or voice messages.

This very site, xedant.com, is fully run by this same system — from creating pages to editing CSS and installing plugins. Every page you see was created and edited through a chat with an AI model — model access is paid separately, usually $10–20/mo.
