Screens & Workspaces

The product’s interface is a place for watching and commanding. Nothing is filled in by hand here: all screens show data and offer an action to the agent. Such an interface is mastered quickly: you do not have to memorize dozens of forms — it is enough to understand what lies where and what to ask the agent for.

Read-only by design

The interface has not a single data-editing form — and that is not something unfinished but a deliberate decision. An accidental edit simply has nowhere to happen, so the base is not spoiled by inattention. The only action the interface performs itself is the administrative management of add-ons (install, disable, enable, remove), and even that applies on restart and is not an edit of client data.

Next to every place where a change might be needed sits a button: it inserts a ready phrase into the chat with the agent. If the chat is not connected, the same button copies a management command — you can pass it to the agent another way. This way “shows instead of writes” stops being a limit and becomes a convenience.

The home screen

The Home section is a summary: how many clients and companies you have, how many active, how many repeats await review, how many contacts are left without an owner, what lies in the trash. Every number is not a picture: click it and you land in a list filtered to exactly those rows. This cures the usual ache of report screens: one number, and which records stand behind it is unclear.

Here too is the agent’s work feed: what it did today or this week, with a jump to every touched record. And the data-quality panel: the duplicate share, the share of phones not in one format, and the trend — getting better or worse. Plus a strip of recent operations: what ran and with what result.

Lists and selections

The main lists are Contacts, Companies, Deals, Leads, Quotes, Invoices, Contracts, Products. They all share the same conveniences: filtering by conditions, saved views, labels, paging and search. So once you learn one list, you know them all.

Deals and leads can additionally be viewed as a board by stages — with column totals. An important detail: the board is read-only. Cards cannot be dragged — so there are no accidental moves from a stray mouse. Instead of dragging, a ready phrase for the agent lies next to it.

The client card: the full picture

The record card gathers everything in one place: the main details on top and the tabs — Timeline, Linked, Files, Notes, Fields, Change history. The history shows which field was changed by whom and when, as “was → became”, and some values show where they came from. One click from the card leads to the linked records: from the contact to the deal, from the deal to the invoice, from the invoice to the payment.

Duplicate review

The Duplicates section is the working review queue. The header shows the counters by state (Pending, Not duplicates, merged) and the duplicate rate. Every pair shows by which trait it matched and how alike it is, and the side panel lays the records out next to each other — with all the fields, so the decision is conscious. Every pair has ready phrases: merge (first the preview, then the merge) or dismiss. The queue refreshes itself as the agent performs merges.

Operations history

The Operations section is the log of all the big jobs: uploads and downloads, bulk edits, merges, duplicate searches, mail synchronization. The records run from new to old, they can be filtered by kind, and each has a detailed report: what was done, where the errors are, what can be rolled back. A running operation’s progress updates on the screen without reloading the page. Separately it shows until when the rollback window is still open and what it will restore.

Trash and the data model

Trash shows the deleted records: who deleted, when and how much time remains before the final deletion. A record can be restored from here. The Model section shows the structure: which record kinds exist in the product, which fields they have and how they link to each other — including the custom fields and custom objects you created. It is a convenient way to see what is already configured and not to create excess.

Workspaces per contour

The more add-ons are on, the more workspaces you have — and each shows its contour:

  • Sales — Leads with the board and the funnel, Deals with stages and analysis, the pipeline, forecast and deal-health consoles, Reports. See Deals & Pipeline.
  • Money — Quotes with the full price calculation, Orders, Invoices with the balance and payments, Contracts with renewals, Products, the money-health console. See Money: Quotes, Invoices, Payments & Contracts.
  • Marketing — Campaigns, Audiences, templates and the sending log, attribution, surveys, coupons and events. See Marketing.
  • Communications — Inbox with the shared inbox, Chats, the call log, the Calendar, notifications. See Communications.
  • Service — Tickets, Service with queues and deadlines, the Knowledge base, the Portal. See Service: Tickets, SLA, Knowledge & Portal.

Settings are never too many: the Settings section holds the theme, the language, the font size and sound; a language switch sits in the header too. Everything is stored per user, so your colleague will not have to work in your styling.

Commands to the agent right from the screen

The “entrust to the agent” buttons stand wherever an action might be needed: in the duplicates queue, in the deal card, in the operations history, in the add-ons console. A press either opens the chat with the phrase already typed, or copies a management command. You do not have to remember wordings and addresses — the product fills everything in itself, and you edit the text if you like. Details in the Chat with the AI Agent and Management API sections.

Live updates and clear states

While you look at a list or a card, the agent’s work is visible at once: the screens refresh themselves, no page reload needed. And instead of machine codes the product writes states in words: “in progress”, “waiting for the client”, “deadline breached” — so you never have to keep a decoding in your head.
