Agent factory subscription — $49 a month, everything included except models
What you pay for. The Agent Factory subscription: $49 a month no matter how many agents you run or how hard you push them. That sum already includes installation, setup, updates, support, daily backups, recovery after a failure and the DIY Agent training. Models are bought separately — usually $10–20/mo. After payment I tell you which models to buy and where: that market moves almost weekly.
How to pay. Payment is not connected yet — the page accepts no cards, no bank transfers and no QR codes today. Coming soon. When it opens, this block will say exactly how to pay and what to put in the payment comment. Until then the only route is a message in Telegram: @maxedant.
Who you pay. The seller is Xedant, the company behind the factory — no intermediaries and no third-party platforms. The licence key and the payment receipt are issued by the seller; the details are in the licensing information below.
Payment — Coming soon
Once payment is connected, this box will hold the working method. What will appear here:
- Card payment
- The payment comment field — what to put there so your licence key reaches you
- The receipt flow
Licensing and seller information
Your licence key is delivered electronically (email or messenger), with the buyer’s details embedded and decryptable with a public key; the payment receipt is issued by the seller together with it. A paper agreement transferring the non-exclusive rights to the software products (the licenses) is available on request.
The rights holder guarantees that they are the proper rights holder of the software product and hold all the rights or licenses required for every element of the software product to grant this license. If the guarantees in this paragraph are breached, the rights holder will take measures to ensure the user can use the transferred rights without hindrance — and where that is impossible, will partially compensate the user for losses caused by the breach. Compensation is limited to 50% of the amount paid for the product.
Full contacts and details are on the contact page.
