Your own AI employee that you build and train yourself — I install the system, set it up, and walk you through it for two weeks
DIY Agent is the twin brother of the Custom Agent service: the same system, the same possibilities. One difference — you do the building, and I’m the mentor. I install everything needed on your server and set the system up, then for two weeks I help with any questions: how the agents work, data, technical nuances.
Even if you’ve never programmed — within two weeks you’ll be solving genuinely complex tasks with your own hands. No exaggeration: all the “development” happens in a chat. You talk to the system as if to a smart employee, and my job is to teach you to do it right and keep you from drowning in the details.
Under the hood is the same stack I use myself every day: Xedant Agent, Xedant MultiAgent, Xedant Research Agent, Xedant Analytics Agent, the data agent, the Telegram agent, the chatbot agent, the proxy agent, and WordPress Agent. Everything is installed on your server, the data stays with you: Research Agent is useful from day one — research, ideas, and plans by the hands of your agent; Analytics Agent adds analytics, reports, and charts on your data; and WordPress Agent takes over the websites.
If you’d rather I did everything — go to the Custom Agent page. This one is the “do it yourself, but not alone” route.
What the service includes
Installation on your server of Xedant Agent, Xedant MultiAgent, Xedant Research Agent, Xedant Analytics Agent, the data agent, the Telegram agent, the chatbot agent, the proxy agent, and the WordPress agent — I do this myself, after you grant access to the VPS you bought
Environment setup for your tasks — also completely my job
Two weeks of my help on every front: how the agents work, working with data, any technical questions
Training on organizing backups, security, and data protection the right way — so nothing gets lost and nothing leaks
Training on working with skills — how to use the existing ones and create your own
Licenses for all thirteen products — Agent, MultiAgent, Research Agent, Analytics Agent, Data Agent, Telegram Agent, Chatbot Agent, Portal Agent, Test Agent, Proxy Agent, News Agent, CRM Agent and WordPress Agent. Bought separately, they cost $2,361 ($97 + $97 + $197 × 11) — nearly eight times the price of the whole service, installation and two weeks of mentoring included. The licenses give you the right to create and scale an unlimited number of agents for any tasks
To start, one of the model subscriptions is enough — OpenCode Go or Command Code GOAT, at $9/month: nothing else to buy
Do you need programming experience?
No, you don’t — and that’s not marketing. The system writes the code, the scripts, and the checks itself; you set the tasks and control the result in plain English. The programming stays “under the hood”.
What matters far more is knowing your own task. The best results come not to techies but to specialists in the concrete problem — they’re the ones who understand what “correct” means, and who can control and retrain the system.
All task-setting happens in a chat, in free form: “do this”, “check that”, “now take this into account”
It works better to ask for the result — “what I want to get in the end”, not “which commands to run”
Never “forgive” the system even small mistakes: correct it once — and it never repeats them
Being a technical specialist can even be harmful: it pulls you into commanding “how”, robbing the system of the chance to show itself
How it differs from the Custom Agent service
Both services lead to the same result — a working agent on your server. The difference is who does the main work, and the price.
I build — you use
I do all the development, setup, and retraining; you set the tasks and accept the result
Minimum of your time — what you bring is mostly knowledge of your task
Fits when the result matters fast and without your deep involvement
You build — I walk you through it
This service — $297 for two weeks
You do the building yourself, I install the system and mentor you: cheaper, because the main work is yours
You get not only an agent, but the skill of creating and growing agents — it stays with you forever
Fits if you enjoy figuring it out and building further with your own hands
For the full story of how the agency system differs from ChatGPT, “virtual assistants” like OpenClaw, and vibe-coding tools — see the Custom Agent service page.
How the two weeks go
The process is arranged so that I do the technically hard parts, and you work with your agent in a chat from day one.
Preparation — 1 hour. You buy a VPS server and a model subscription — OpenCode Go or Command Code GOAT ($9/month). I’ll help with choosing providers and payment methods
Installation — 1 day. You give me access to the server — I install Agent, MultiAgent, Research Agent, Analytics Agent, the data agent, the Telegram agent, the chatbot agent, the news agent, and WordPress Agent, set up the system, connect the model, and create the base skills: documentation, rules of work, data protection
Week 1 — first tasks. You set tasks in the chat, we go through the results together, I show you how to control and retrain the system. It accumulates skills around your tasks
Week 2 — independence. You work on your own, I’m on backup duty. We go deeper into organizing data, backups, security, and creating skills
After that — on your own. After two weeks you cope by yourself. If help is still needed — $97 per week
What you will learn
Organizing data the right way: collecting, extracting from your systems, validating, cleaning, structuring for the agent’s tasks
Replacing the model’s “hallucinations” with scripts: the system writes, debugs, and saves code for specific tasks — instead of counting “in its head” and making mistakes
Using and creating skills — the system’s main asset: text instructions that make the agent smarter every day
Organizing backups, security, and data protection — including anonymizing personal data, to stay clear of legal trouble
Managing a fleet of agents through MultiAgent: servers, management, tasks, and bots
Running research through Research Agent: search, downloading hundreds of pages, extracting data, ready-made reports
Building analytics through Analytics Agent: reports and charts on your data, queries to your sources, built-in Jupyter notebooks, ready-made analysis templates
Managing WordPress sites through the agent: pages and posts, plugins and themes, media files, SEO, automatic backups
If you wish — building commercial products on agents: not just solving small tasks. I have 25+ years of building exactly commercial software, and plenty to share
What stays with you after the training
The course ends — and everything you’ve built stays yours.
An agent built by you — and the skills to keep growing it without my help
A full infrastructure: Xedant Agent + MultiAgent + Research Agent + Analytics Agent + Data Agent + Telegram Agent + Chatbot Agent + Portal Agent + Test Agent + WordPress Agent on your server
Licenses for all thirteen products ($2,361 separately): the right to develop and scale an unlimited number of agents for any tasks
No lock-in to me: the system is autonomous, the data and skills are yours, forever
Expenses
The unavoidable expenses on top of the service fee — you buy them yourself, under your own accounts: that’s safer and simpler in the long run.
VPS server — from $6/month. Minimum 2 cores and 4 GB of memory. I’ll help you choose
Model subscription — $9/month: OpenCode Go (about 2 billion tokens) or Command Code GOAT (about 4 billion tokens). More than enough for the first month; access to all the models is included in the subscription
~3–4 hours of your time daily in the first days, less after that: the further you go, the more work the system does itself
Let’s discuss your ideas
Just write to me and tell me which task you want to solve. No preliminary contracts or prepayments for consulting.
Two weeks of setup and training cost $297. The price includes installing Agent, MultiAgent, Research Agent, Analytics Agent, the data agent, the Telegram agent, the chatbot agent, the Portal agent, the Test agent, the Proxy agent, the News agent, and the WordPress agent, setting up the system, and all my support. If you want to keep working with me after that — $97 for each extra week of help.
To judge the value: the licenses for the thirteen products, bought separately, would cost $2,361 — nearly eight times the price of the whole service, installation and two weeks of mentoring included. Your saving — $2,064.
Don’t scare yourself with the word “development”: I do the technically hard parts, and your part is setting tasks and figuring out your own task — in a chat.
