I’ll help you figure out agents for free: where they genuinely help you, and where they’re a waste of money
You’ve probably heard about agents, tried ChatGPT, watched the videos about “automating your whole business” — and most likely ended up with the feeling “sounds great, but no idea how this applies to me specifically”. That’s exactly the question I’ll help you answer — free, no strings attached, no preliminary contracts.
I’ve spent more than 25 years building commercial software products in business and financial analytics — with real data, real clients, and real-world tasks. For the last ~3 years I’ve been working with applied AI, and my own agency system, Xedant Agent, runs on dozens of projects and is running this very site right now. In other words, I’m not a theorist and not a marketer — I’m a practitioner who solves the problem “how do I make the model actually earn money instead of just talking — without losing data” every single day.
As part of the free consultation I’ll gladly discuss your tasks and problems, answer your questions, and if needed even run my internal research agent on your business, so it suggests concrete automation ideas. After that you can either order the Custom Agent service, or learn to build an agent yourself with DIY Agent — already knowing exactly how I can be useful. Or just tell me “thanks a lot” if none of the ideas land. Happens.

What I’ll help you figure out, for free
The main thing people want to know but are shy to ask: “can AI actually do my job?”. Ask — that’s what I’m here for. Specifically, I’ll help with things like these:
Find out what agents can really do today — and what they can’t yet: no hype, no marketing fairy tales about “artificial intelligence replacing everyone”
Pick the tasks that suit you for automation — and, more importantly, weed out the ones not worth touching: you’d spend more money and nerves than you’d save
Choose the optimal model for your tasks — Claude, OpenAI, GLM, DeepSeek, local models; I’ll explain the difference in price, quality, and availability in your region
Design the system architecture around your specific problems — where to host, how to isolate the data, what to move into scripts and what to leave to the model
Estimate the real costs — server, models, your time, training time; so you know the price before you start, not when it’s too late
Rough out the payback: which tasks to automate first for a fast win, and which to leave for later
Decide between “build it yourself, hire, or buy off the shelf” — the right answer is often not the one that comes to mind first
Sort out the data — what exactly to collect, where to get it, how to clean it and in what form to feed it to the model so it doesn’t hallucinate. That’s my core specialty
And most importantly — I’m always up for simply discussing your problems and tasks, even if you don’t yet see what AI has to do with them. Often the right question matters more than the right answer, and after 25 years I’ve learned to ask them.
What the free consultation includes
This is not a “15-minute Zoom call with a salesperson” and not a template email. Here’s what you actually get, without paying a cent:
A personal conversation on Telegram or by email — at your own pace, in text, no calls or voice messages. I’m online 12–16 hours a day, weekends included
Running my internal research agent on your specific business: it digs into your niche, processes, and data, and suggests automation ideas that would take weeks to reach by hand
A preliminary study of automation ideas and options for your business — a structured breakdown: what can be automated, how, on which stack, with a rough estimate of costs and effect
An honest “this isn’t for you” — if a task is too early, too expensive, or pointless to automate, I’ll say so instead of selling you a solution to a problem you don’t have
Picking a model and provider to match your budget — pay-per-token, no monthly subscriptions; help with registration, payment, and regional blocks
A walkthrough of security and the law: which data you may hand to a model and which not, and how to anonymize your clients’ personal data to stay clear of data protection law
A comparison with existing tools — ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, and the rest; I’ll explain how they differ and what actually fits you
No obligations and no preliminary contracts: you sign nothing and prepay nothing. At any moment you can simply say “thanks, I’ll think about it” — and that’s fine too
Which tasks and niches we can look at
My strong side is business and financial analytics, but the agency system is universal. Below are the areas where I’ve already done something, or am doing it right now, in my own business. If your task looks like one of these, it’s easy. If it doesn’t — write anyway: maybe I just haven’t gotten to it yet, and it’s perfectly solvable.
Analytics and data
Collecting and analyzing competitors, market trends
Marketing and financial analytics, reports
Data visualization, dashboards, metrics
Machine learning and forecasts on your data
Business analyst and advisor based on your numbers
Marketing and sales
Finding and planning advertising in paid channels
Managing Telegram and YouTube channels
Direct search and warming up of potential customers
Tracking news and the market in real time
Content creation, SEO, running social accounts
Products and operations
Developing and growing software products
Managing websites, online stores, content
Tax and accounting reporting in a small business
Managing internal infrastructure and servers
Monitoring incidents and reacting to them immediately
This is far from a complete list — it’s what already works for me or my clients. Literally any repetitive work with text, spreadsheets, data, or documents can potentially be automated. Tell me yours — I’ll look at what can be done.
Honest words on what agents can NOT do yet
I make my living from AI, but I’m not going to sell you AI at any cost. So right away — where it’s weak today, and where you can’t do without a human:
Count “in its head” and make financial decisions unchecked. Any calculation belongs in scripts — and that’s exactly what I teach my agents. “Hallucinations” in money are expensive
Work unsupervised “like a grown employee”. A model is a talented but absent-minded intern: it can shine, and it can quietly make things up. Control and retraining are mandatory
Magically get access to your data without your effort. Without properly organized data an agent is useless — and 80% of the work is usually the data, not the model
Solve a task where you have no expertise to check the result. The best results come to a specialist in their own field, not to an “AI specialist” — AI only amplifies expertise
Be a “magic button” with no human involved. Anyone promising “set and forget” is lying. Real agents need control and retraining — but less and less every day
Who this is useful for
Owners of small and medium businesses who are tired of routine and want to understand what can really be handed over to AI
Specialists in their niche (marketers, finance people, analysts, accountants) who have the expertise but not enough hands for the repetitive work
Those who have already tried ChatGPT, got disappointed, and want to know — is the AI really that weak, or is it just being used wrong
Those who fear “losing data” or “breaking the law” but can’t tell the real risks from news-driven panic
And simply the curious, who want an honest walkthrough with no fluff — even with no plans to buy anything yet
How the consultation goes
Step 1. You write to me on Telegram or by email and describe your business and task in a couple of words. Nothing to prepare — I’ll figure it out as we go
Step 2. I ask clarifying questions and, if needed, request examples of data or processes — no access to your production systems, everything anonymous and voluntary
Step 3. I run my research agent on your niche and turn the results into concrete automation ideas for you
Step 4. You get the preliminary study: what to automate, on which stack, roughly what it costs, and what effect to expect. Free and without obligations
Step 5. Then you can walk away with a pile of ideas, concrete prices, and timelines. If after thinking it over you order the Custom Agent service — great, we start with a running start instead of a blank page
It’s fine if you can’t phrase things “in technical language” — I’m the one who translates from plain English into the language of agents. What’s scary is missing the competitive edge while you still have the chance to get ahead of the others instead of catching up.
